5.1 Services Description

Neutral Junction offers various styling services, including but not limited to personal styling consultations, wardrobe audits, personal shopping, event styling, and style workshops. 5.2 Service Bookings

When booking our Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your requirements and preferences. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee availability of specific stylists, appointment times, or exact outcomes.

5.3 Payments

Prices for our Services are listed on our Site or will be provided to you before booking. All prices are in British Pounds (£) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect services already booked and confirmed.

Payment must be made in advance for most Services, using the payment methods we accept. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

5.4 Taxes

All prices displayed include VAT where applicable. You are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, and other governmental charges associated with your purchase of our Services.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may receive a partial refund (75% of the service fee) or the option to reschedule with a small fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion with a rescheduling fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stylist illness or emergency situations. In such cases, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using our Site or Services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Provide accurate and truthful information;
• Respect the privacy and rights of our stylists and other users;
• Cooperate with our stylists and follow reasonable instructions during service appointments;
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments;
• Maintain appropriate behavior and communication during service appointments;
• Not use our Site or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any other systems or networks connected to the Site;
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site;
• Not collect or store personal data about other users without their consent;
• Not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including for violations of these Terms.

• THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;
• THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS;
• ANY ERRORS IN THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM Neutral Junction OR THROUGH THE SITE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Neutral Junction, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

IN NO EVENT SHALL Neutral Junction'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO Neutral Junction FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
